Medicine log & reminders
Set each medicine’s schedule once. Get a push reminder at the right time, mark it taken or snooze it, and see missed doses at a glance. Scan a label to fill in the name and strength for you.
Private health journal for you & your family
Log medicines, symptoms, meals and sleep in a few taps, or just say it out loud. Daybrim remembers the details, reminds you on time, and turns your days into a clear summary for your doctor.
How it works
Each record takes seconds. By evening your cup is full, and every detail is waiting for the next doctor’s visit.
“Daybrim · Medicine reminder.” Discreet on the lock screen unless you choose to show names. Tap Mark as taken or Snooze 10 min straight from the lock screen, even when Daybrim is closed.
Take a photo or type “nasi lemak with egg”. Daybrim estimates the calories and keeps track against your daily goal.
“Headache is better after resting, maybe a 3 out of 10.” A voice note becomes a tidy symptom entry with severity and mood.
Record bedtime and wake time. Over the weeks, Insights puts your sleep, meals, medicines and mood side by side.

Weekly trends for mood, symptoms, sleep, meals and doses taken, with read-only reports you can go back to.
Keep upcoming visits in one place, get a reminder beforehand, and add them to your phone’s calendar.
Keep lab results, prescriptions and rash photos with the day they belong to. They even upload later if you’re offline.
Reminders don’t show medicine names on your lock screen unless you want them to, and AI features stay off until you turn them on.
Doctor summary
Five minutes with a doctor goes fast. Pick a date range and Daybrim writes a one-page summary: doses taken and missed, symptoms and how they changed, vitals, sleep and your own notes.
Family care
Keep a separate journal for a parent, a partner or a child, and switch between them in one tap. Invite a sibling as a co-caregiver so whoever gives the medicine can log it.
Health information is only kept with your consent. Records live in your own account, and nothing is shared until you choose where it goes. AI features are optional, and requests are sent with storage turned off and only saved if you keep the result. Export everything, photos included, whenever you like.

Yes. Pick a date range and Daybrim prepares a one-page health summary with medicines taken, symptoms, vitals and notes. Print it, save it as a PDF, or share it from your phone.
No download from an app store is needed. Daybrim runs in your browser and can be added to the home screen on Android and iPhone, where it opens full screen and sends medicine reminders even when it is closed.
Yes. Add family members and switch between their journals. You can also invite a co-caregiver, such as a sibling, to help keep one person’s journal up to date.
They’re optional and off until you turn them on. Speak a voice note or type a quick sentence and Daybrim turns it into tidy records for you to check. It can also read a medicine label from a photo, estimate calories from a meal, and highlight patterns in what you logged for your doctor summary. What you send to an AI feature is processed by OpenAI with storage turned off. They never give medical advice.
No. Daybrim helps you record and organise your health information. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms are severe or feel like an emergency, seek medical help immediately.
