Symptom tracker & health diary
Remember how you really felt, not just how you feel today.
By the time you see a doctor, the details have blurred. Daybrim is a simple symptom tracker and health diary: note what you feel and how bad it is, in seconds, and look back over days, weeks or months.
- Log by voice or in a few taps
- Severity, mood and photos
- Free during early access
What you can track
- Symptoms with severity: headaches, pain, nausea, dizziness, rashes, fatigue, anything you want to keep an eye on, rated for how bad it is.
- Daily check-ins: a quick “worse, same or better” each day, at a time that suits you.
- Vitals: temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level and weight. See the blood pressure log.
- Sleep and meals: because both often affect how you feel the next day.
- Photos and documents: a rash on day one and day three, or a lab result, kept with the day it belongs to.
Just say it out loud
Typing is the hardest part of keeping a symptom diary. With the optional voice notes, say something like “Headache is better after resting, maybe a 3 out of 10”, and Daybrim turns it into a tidy entry with the symptom and its severity. You check it before anything is saved.
See the pattern, not just the day
Insights puts symptoms next to sleep, meals, medicines and mood week by week. It’s often easier to notice that headaches come after short nights, or that a new medicine lines up with feeling better, once it’s all in one place.
Useful for
- Long-term conditions such as migraine, asthma, eczema, IBS or arthritis
- Recovering from an illness, an operation or a fever
- Trying a new medicine and noting side effects for your doctor
- Keeping track of a child’s fever or a parent’s symptoms
Bring it to your appointment
Pick a date range and Daybrim prepares a one-page summary for your doctor showing symptoms and how they changed, alongside medicines, vitals and your notes.
A symptom tracker is a record, not a diagnosis. If symptoms are severe, sudden or feel like an emergency, seek medical help straight away.

How is this different from a notes app?
Each entry is dated, timed and tagged with the symptom and severity, so Daybrim can chart it over time and put it in a doctor summary. A notes app can’t do that.
Can I track symptoms for my child or parent?
Yes. Add family members and each one gets their own journal. Switch between them in one tap.
Who can see my symptoms?
Only you, unless you choose to share a family member’s journal with a co-caregiver or send a doctor summary somewhere yourself.
Do I have to use the voice or AI features?
No. They’re optional and off until you turn them on. Everything can be logged by hand in a few taps.
Is it free?
Yes. Every feature is free while Daybrim is in early access. We’ll give plenty of notice before any paid plans start, and you won’t be charged unless you choose one.
Do I need to download an app?
No app store download is needed. Daybrim runs in your browser on Android, iPhone and desktop. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen and sends reminders like any other app.
Is Daybrim medical advice?
No. Daybrim helps you record and organise your health information. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms are severe or feel like an emergency, seek medical help immediately.
