Blood pressure log & vitals

A blood pressure log that’s easier than a notebook.

If your doctor has asked you to check your blood pressure at home, Daybrim keeps every reading in one place, with the date and time, and shows the range of your readings for any period on a summary you can take to your next visit.

  • BP, heart rate, SpO₂, temperature, weight
  • Readings for each family member
  • Free during early access

What you can record

ReadingWhat’s saved
Blood pressureSystolic and diastolic (for example 128/82 mmHg), date, time and a note
Heart rateBeats per minute, often from the same cuff reading
Oxygen level (SpO₂)Percentage from a pulse oximeter
TemperatureUseful for fevers in children and older parents
WeightAlongside your meals and calorie goal if you use them

Why keep a home blood pressure log?

One reading at the clinic is a snapshot, and many people read higher there than at home. A log of readings taken over days or weeks gives your doctor a much fuller picture. Daybrim keeps every reading with its date and time, and puts your latest reading and range on your doctor summary.

Tips for consistent readings

Follow your doctor’s instructions first. Common advice includes:

  • Measure at the same times each day, for example morning and evening
  • Sit quietly for a few minutes first, with your back supported and feet flat
  • Use the same arm, resting at heart level
  • Avoid caffeine, smoking and exercise in the half hour before
  • Add a note if something was different, like a stressful day or a missed dose

Pair it with your medicines

If you take blood pressure medicine, Daybrim can remind you to take it and log each dose, so you and your doctor can see readings and doses side by side.

Keep a log for a parent

Many of us check a parent’s blood pressure when we visit. Add them as a family member and their readings stay in their own journal, which a sibling can help keep up to date. More on caring for family.

Daybrim records the numbers you enter; it doesn’t interpret them or give medical advice. Ask your doctor what your readings mean for you, and seek urgent help if a reading comes with symptoms like chest pain, severe headache or shortness of breath.

Does Daybrim connect to my blood pressure monitor?

Not yet. You type in the reading from any monitor, which takes a few seconds.

Can I see my readings over time?

Yes. Every reading is kept with its date and time, and the doctor summary shows your latest reading and the range for the dates you pick, next to your medicines.

Can I record readings for more than one person?

Yes. Each family member has their own journal, so readings never get mixed up.

Can I print my blood pressure log?

Yes. Make a doctor summary for any date range, then print it, save it as a PDF or share it from your phone.

Is it free?

Yes. Every feature is free while Daybrim is in early access. We’ll give plenty of notice before any paid plans start, and you won’t be charged unless you choose one.

Do I need to download an app?

No app store download is needed. Daybrim runs in your browser on Android, iPhone and desktop. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen and sends reminders like any other app.

Is Daybrim medical advice?

No. Daybrim helps you record and organise your health information. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms are severe or feel like an emergency, seek medical help immediately.
